After two very hot days of racing, the 2009-2010 season champions have been decided. Taking the overall class win in the 13.5 class was Dave Bowser, Dave edged out Austin Harrison by tiebreaker as both scored 497 points. A few of our FSEARA racers made the trip to Norcal Hobbies for the 2010 Reedy Race. Dave Bowser was crowned champion of the 13.5 class. Contrats to Dave for winning. Also Dave Bowser finished 2nd in the 17.5 class and Kyle Eden took home 3rd place. Way to go guys!
We will be holding a meeting after the upcoming Saturday State Race in Kissimmee. We will be discussing rule proposals, classes , and the usual end of year stuff. We hope that you take the time to join us after the race.
The make up race for both Race 6 and 7 will be held the weekend of June 12th and June 13th. Both races will be run at K-Raceway in Kissimme, FL. Race 6 will be held on Saturday and Race 7 will be held on Sunday. The schedule will be the same for both [...] Sundays Race 7 was officially rained out. We are currently trying to determine when the race will be made up. It looks like we will be completing the Race 6 rainout on June 13th at Adrenaline Hobbies. Once this is confirmed, we will post more details.
Florida Onroad State Series Race hosted by Superior Hobbies Sunday: State Series scheduled on Sunday. Registration closes at 9am – racing begins at 10am Saturday: Open practice starts at 8am. Registration deadline 11am. Club racing starts at 12 noon. 2 qualifiers and main. Registration fee only $10!!!!
We have reached agreement with Superior Hobbies to host the final race of the 2009-2010 season. Superior Hobbies is located in Casselberry, FL. We look forward to seeing everyone show up at the race.
As this season comes to an end, the new season will be upon us. Currently Izzy Santiago and Toni Munno will be stepping aside as officers of FSEARA.
